We’re looking for a high-ownership, low ego, and mission-driven leader to take the reins of Hollow, one of the fastest-growing sock brands in the performance apparel space. This role is equal parts strategic and scrappy, creative and operational, leadership and execution.
At Hollow, we’re not just selling socks, we’re changing the game with a better-performing, more sustainable alternative: alpaca fiber. Our brand is growing rapidly and gaining momentum in both DTC and retail spaces. With national retailers coming onboard, new products in the pipeline, and a passionate customer base behind us, we’re entering an exciting next chapter and looking for the right leader to help shape it.

As General Manager, you’ll be the connective tissue across Hollow—working closely with the founder and leading across marketing, product, operations, retail, and finance. You’ll help steer the ship on everything from growth campaigns to product development to customer experience. This isn’t a role where you stay in your lane, it’s a role where you help build the whole road.
If you love wearing many hats, making smart decisions quickly, and scaling something that has breakout potential, we want to meet you. But we’re not looking for someone learning on the job. You’ve helped take a company from ~$10M to $100M before. You’ve seen the inflection points we’re heading toward, and already know how to steer through them.
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day execution across all parts of the Hollow business—managing core functions, making sure every piece of the puzzle fits and moves in the same direction. You’ll collaborate with department leads, and help build the foundation for scale.
You won’t just be overseeing, you’ll be in the mix solving problems, clearing bottlenecks, and jumping in where needed to keep things moving.
