About the Job

Easy Street Brands is a high-growth DTC holding company, and creative is the fuel that drives our paid growth engine. As our Senior Creative Strategist, you’ll partner closely with our VP of Performance Creative to oversee the creative pipeline—making sure ideas move quickly from brainstorm to live ads.

You’ll lead a team of creative strategists, editors, and designers to bring concepts to life, while also working closely with our Partnerships team to craft briefs for brand partners and creators. You’ll work directly with our Growth team to understand ad account performance, identify creative winners, and take calculated swings on new content types. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creative intuition, and operational follow-through to keep the content machine running and scaling.
